During the last month or so, Lia and Ian have been participating in the 1/2 marathon challenge at their school. They have been logging miles during recess and running club. Today, they completed their last mile and received a finisher medal. I am so proud of them! Lia kept a great pace the whole time and finished strong. I ran one lap with her and she was booking it! The third graders ran with the 4th and 5th graders and Ian placed in the top 10. I think he might be a natural. :)
