The kids and I took a quick trip to Ponca City yesterday to visit my sister. It was crazy! Matthew and Mason were both playing in a baseball tournament Friday and Saturday. I took the kids to the baseball fields Friday evening to watch the boys play, but neither one of them were very interested in the games. Saturday morning we went downtown to the Centennial Parade. It was really long but the kids loved every minute of it. Then we went to the annual Oktoberfest. Ian and Lia jumped on the inflatables and got their face painted by my old elementary school art teacher, Mr. Otopoby. Then we had lunch and came home. Congratulations, Mason and Matthew! Mason's team won 1st place in their age group and Matthew's team won 2nd place in their age group.
