Happy Easter! Well, it has been a pretty crummy day in terms of weather. It was pouring on our way to church this morning. We got soaked! Thankfully, we were able to drop Ali off at Ma and Pa's house before church. We still have not put her in childcare. Mainly because we have been concerned about her getting sick. So that means that I have only been able to stay in the service each Sunday for about 20 minutes. Ian and Lia went with us to "big" church this morning since Fellowship was having a special family service for Easter. Afterwards we stopped by Starbucks for a snack and then went to Ma and Pa's for lunch. The kids have definitely eaten way too much sugar and have been bouncing off the walls all afternoon.
What I have thought about most today is Hope. I can't imagine what my life would be like without Hope. Hope for today, Hope for tomorrow and Hope for Eternity. We sing this song quite often at church and it is one of my favorites. We sang it this morning and it is a perfect song for this Easter Sunday.
