We officially sold our Springdale house today. I am having mixed emotions. It's a relief to not have two house payments anymore and to not have all the other bills that go along with keeping the house up. But, I am sad too. Chris and I put so much time and effort into building that house and we have so many great memories there as well. In the end, it is just a house and we loved living there.

This too shall pass. That's what I tell myself when I'm sad or feeling down about something. This too shall pass.
No one can take away all of those wonderful memories! Maybe the new owners will have some really great memories too...it was a wonderful house! You guys did a great job on it!
