Mimi and Papa were just here for a visit. It was so great to see them!
We went to the Bluffton Oyster Co. one night for dinner. First time for me to have Oysters. I was hesitant, but they were really good. The kids loved them too.
Ali eating her cheese grits. We are in the south, people. :)
Papa - he just loves getting his picture taken.
We went to the Charleston aquarium one day. It was kind of small, but the kids had fun anyway.
The best part was the 4D movie we saw before leaving. Ali's glasses were too big so she could not keep them on. She kept getting sprayed in the face with water. Poor girl.
Kids and balloons = happiness. Always.
Me and Ali watching Ian at Karate
I did not realize the stylist was going to cut Ali's bangs straight across. I was a little upset at first, but they are growing on me. She's a cutie no matter what her hair looks like!
Papa was pretty much Ali's slave while he was here. She pretty much told him how it was going to be. "Let's go play Thomas, Papa", was heard daily. I don't think he minded though.
Mimi and Papa took our bikes out for a ride with Ian and Lia. I think it had been about 35-40 years since they had been on a bike.
Here we are eating at a local pizza joint.
She finally smiles!
She saw Papa twirl his pasta so she had to try too.
The goofballs. :)
