Well, we made it through week four! We still do not have any type of schedule going at our house, which is really hard for me. But, I know this is only temporary. Ali has her days and nights mixed up so we are trying to not let her sleep more than three hours at a time during the day. However, sometimes she barely wakes up to eat after those three hours. But she is sure screaming for food at 12am and 3am in the morning. I try to keep reminding myself that she is only 4 weeks old. Hopefully, we will only have one more month (or two) like the last one. :) I am still hesitant to take her in the car because sometimes she does well and then other times she screams her head off the minute you put her in the car seat. And, she really doesn't like her pacifier. Every now and then she will take it, but most of the time she just spits it out. She has also been kind of fussy and gassy. I am sure her little system is just trying to finish maturing and hopefully as she gets bigger the fussiness and gas will go away. That is what I keep telling myself anyway. :) I am looking forward to seeing her little smile. Maybe in a couple of weeks I will get that gift. :)
