Christmas Eve

Ian and Lia were so happy that today was finally Christmas Eve. We enjoyed dinner at Jim and Eloise's house and the kids opened their gifts from Ma and Pa. Afterwards, we all (including Aunt Tammy) went to the Christmas Eve service at our church. The kids were able to wear their PJ's. We sang lots of Christmas carols and it was so beautiful when we sang O, Holy Night by candlelight. The kids had glow sticks. :) On our way home, Chris pretended to see Santa and told the kids that we needed to hurry and get home so they could get to bed (you know, since Santa will not come unless you are asleep). Lia was so excited she yelled, "speed" from the back seat.

Lia lost interest in the Grinch so she decided to read her Olivia book instead
