Girls Night Out

Lia and I had our very first Girls Night Out tonight. We went with Amy and Kate J., and Jill and Kate B. to see Not Afraid of the Dark at the Walton Arts Center. The production was about a night in the life of a child and included ballet dancers, music, and lots of neat lighting effects. Lia did really well and seemed to enjoy the show - she was dancing around and clapping. We met "'the girls" at the coffee shop, Common Grounds, before the show for coffee and dessert. Since Chris had to work, Ian got to spend some quality time with Mimi and Papa. They went to Red Robin for dinner and then went to see Charlotte's Web at the theater.
